This live art performance was held at a wedding reception and party at the MOHI Winery in Morgan Hill, California. The happy couple wished for a painting depicting the “tree of life” in a heart shape form. The guest list included 56 parties/couples. Hence the canvas consisted of 56 single canvases mounted together. During the wedding reception and the dinner party the guests were able to interact with the artists and see the painting created from start to finish.

When the painting was finished, after approx. 4 hours it was displayed for the photographers and guests to take pictures. The clue at event paintings is that the finished artwork is being disassembled to the 56 canvases when finished. The canvases are than wrapped in silk paper and separately packaged into boxes that meet the weddings color palette. After the wedding each guest can pick a canvas that they would like to take home.
